Nature’s Liquids Refund Policy

Nature's Liquids extends a 90 day, money back guarantee to all first time customers for their first order, of any size, of SeaAloe or Superfruits GT (less actual shipping costs). Nature's Liquids will agree to a full product refund for any first time order for any new customers as long as the following criteria are met:

  • The original order processing date is less than or equal to 90 calendar days.
  • The customer agrees to send back the remaining bottles, at their own expense, in exchange for a full product refund (less actual shipping costs).
Nature's Liquids will refund the total amount, (less actual shipping costs) associated with the first order, AFTER the bottles have been received by the corporate offices.

Nature's Liquids will refund the order, less actual shipping, via check. Processing your refund may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you when the check is sent upon request.

Any order that is past its 90 day window or any additional orders placed in the customer's account do not qualify for a refund. Therefore, Nature's Liquids has the right to refuse any refund request that does not meet the above criteria. Automatic shipments are non-refundable. See the Autoship tab above for more information.

Nature's Liquids does reserve the right to issue store credit in the amount of the requested refund but only upon corporate approval. Please note that not all refund requests outside the 90 day window will result in an approved store credit issuance.

Store Credit

Store Credit can be in the total amount of the requested refund less any shipping fees. Nature's Liquids reserves the right to give a partial store credit and deduct any losses from additional expenses accrued by Nature's Liquids in reference to your return request as Nature's Liquids deems fair.

Refund Process

To return your product, first please give us a call at 800-732-1150 during normal business hours to let a customer service representative check to ensure you are within your 90 day, first order return qualification period. This will allow our customer service representatives to properly notate your account and expedite the processing of your refund.

How long does it take to ship my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Weekends or any other official holidays are excluded. Orders received late on Friday or over the weekend will ship on Monday.
Is express delivery available (next day, 2nd day, etc.)?
No. All orders are shipped via UPS ® Ground or USPS Priority.
Do you charge extra for handling and processing?
No. We do not have any handling, processing, or hidden fees of any kind.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to any valid physical address in the USA. We do not ship to post office boxes nor do we ship internationally.
Is my purchase covered against shipping damages or loss?
Yes. All of your orders are insured for their full purchase price. If you discover your order has been damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.
How important is it to use a valid email address at the time of ordering?
It is very important... without a valid email address you will not receive important notifications, including any receipt and order tracking emails.

How do I know that my order has successfully been placed?
Your order is first confirmed in real-time when you complete the ordering process; followed by a receipt that is instantly emailed to you.
Can I check my order status and track my orders online?

How I can track my package?
Once an order is shipped, an email will be sent to you containing your order's tracking information. You may also view your order history, order tracking, and other account information online anytime.
When I try to track my package, the UPS ®website says "Billing information received." Why can't I see the full tracking information?
The UPS ® system may take up to 6-8 hours to update after your order has shipped. Please re-check your tracking information after 8 hours.

Our Autoship program is a convenient way for you to schedule future orders delivered to you at an interval of your choice.

You may cancel or modify your autoship order at any time!  There are no penalties or obligations.

Nature's Liquids Autoship Terms and Agreement

The Autoship Program is defined as an agreement between Nature's Liquids and the customer to automatically process a designated order amount with a pre-determined payment method on a set interval schedule.

The Autoship Program will continue until we receive notification to discontinue by phone or email.

Customers who wish to cancel agree to do so on a business day PRIOR to the next scheduled shipment date. Cancellations after an Autoship order has processed will not be eligible for refunds. The customer agrees and understands that it is the customer's responsibility to notify us a minimum of one business day (business days are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Pacific, excluding holidays listed below), prior to the processing date of the scheduled Autoship.

The customer may discontinue at anytime. There are no penalties or obligations.

The customer agrees and understands that we will charge the customer's designated payment method (either credit card or e-check) on the scheduled date as designated and agreed upon by the customer on the initial set up of the Autoship Program.

The customer is solely responsible for staying updated and informed on their scheduled Autoship date. Customers may log in to their account 24/7 to see when the next shipment is scheduled.

Holidays are not considered Business Days. The customer must notify us no later than the last business day prior to a holiday if the order is set to automatically process on a holiday or weekend. Nature's Liquids is closed on all USPS Postal holidays. In addition, we are closed the day after Thanksgiving and between Christmas and New Year's Day.
